            Job status

Job Status describes the current state of the job posting and helps recruiters to easily identify and manage job postings with just a glance.

            There are 4 statuses:

            • Draft
            • Closed
            • Published
            • Finished

            Create job

            Draft

If a job posting has not been finalized and published it will automatically be saved as a draft for editing and posting later. The draft will not be displayed on the job board and is only visible to the creator.

            Published

A published job has a default expiration date one month after first being published. An open job will be highlighted in red for its last 10 open days.

            Closed

The publisher can change the status of the job from published to closed so the job will no longer be shown on the job board and candidates cannot apply for the job.

            Finished

            The job is finalized.

Cannot re-open Finished jobs, only possible to re-open Closed jobs. However, you can reuse the Finished jobs from Previous Job section.

            Job Overview (page)

The Job Overview page gives the recruiter a complete overview of the current status of the job posting, how the hiring process is going, and the number of candidates active in each stage.
